Helena is a Business Psychologist but began her career in the Supported Housing world and has continued to work in both the Social Housing & Social Care sectors for the last 15 years. A member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Helena is a Board Member at the Green Square Group and Westlea Housing Association holding a portfolio for employee satisfaction, equalities & diversity. Helena also is the specialist Social Housing Advisor to PACT, (A charity focussed on promoting the life chances for children). Helena is a member of the British Psychological Society and Chairs their west Midlands Branch. She is also a member of the Special Group for Coaching Psychology and the Association of Business Psychologists. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, has A BSc in Behavioural Sciences from Leicester University and a Masters in Mental Health (Organisational Psychology & Psychiatry) from King’s College, London. Helena completed her clinical training with YAI in New York.
Helena is also part of the Coaching team within HQN providing leadership coaching to clients looking to achieve high standards in performance management and organisational excellence.
Sandra H Knox BSc (Hons), CSS: in Chief Executive of her own partnership consultancy specialising in organisational development arena and a consultant with HQN
Sandra has owned her own successful commercial business prior to entering the Social & Health care sector and from this has been able to lead on the business planning and review actives as both an internal and external consultant. After successfully running her own business for seven years Sandra decided to change direction and qualify as a Social Worker. Following Sandra’s completion of her degree in Community Studies and her extensive practice in managing, re-shaping and delivering Social and Health Care services. Sandra is registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Sandra’s experience as a CAB advisor and a Senior Practitioner Social Worker has enabled her to practice teach other Social Work Students and provide training for organisations in her specialist areas, Sandra has experience working across Private Sector, Local Authority, Health and Housing forums. Following on from completing her BSc in Community Studies Sandra has worked strategically with Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire in service improvement initiatives. As a Top South West Consortium member she was part of the QA committee assessing the standards of practise.
Sandra is an Advanced Practitioner in Apter motivational & emotional profiling Sandra is Chair of Swindon Advocacy Movement (SAM), an advocacy charity for people with learning and developmental disabilities. She is currently working with them to develop strategies for change and development to run parallel with the current national frameworks.
