Our key areas of training include:

·         Basic Management Confidence & Skills

·         Enhanced supervision and appraisal

·         Stress awareness and management

·         Time Management

·         Managing Change

·         Leadership Development

·         Team dynamics & development. the Rubick’s Cube model for organisational effectives

Specialised Training - In parterships with other specialist associates we are able to pool together a range of professional training programmes for the Housing, Health & Social Care Sectors including:

  • Introduction to Learning Disabilities
  • Working with People who suffer with mental distress
  • Mental Capacity Act
  • Safeguarding children & vulnerable adults
  • Responding to domestic abuse
  • Assessment & Support Planning
  • Values Based Practice
  • Working with behaviour which challenges services
  • Mediation skills

Research & analysis – we have completed research ranging from workforce planning for a £42.7 million plan dispersed programme and strategic reviews of domestic abuse to platform research for business growth. We have a strong qualitative focus in our research, enabling us to delve beyond the surface or organisational cultures. Onecontinuum can also review, analyse and revise current policies and procedures in line with best practice examples available. We recognise that that forward thinking employers instinctively know that actively living and effective policies & procedures and a healthy workplace environment are the writing on the wall that tells to the culture of an organisation.

The Oven Glove service - workshop/meeting facilitation. Why do we have oven gloves, when they cannot cook, prepare or serve our favourite food? You are the technical experts in what you do; Onecontinuum are the experts in behaviour. So no matter how technical your issue every organisation has issues which can sometimes feel too hot to handle. This is usually because it involves people. Having an independent facilitator allows a team the luxury of full member participation while someone else enforces the ‘ground rules’ and ensures the structure or the meeting is stabilised and people’s contributions valued.

Professional mentoring: our team of professional consultants and associates can offer mentoring and supervision as part of a structured programme. This can be alligned to discipline specific areas, such as Coaching, Social Work, Housing or Support or a broader range of professional development mentoring. We carefully contract with each of our clients to ensure that they get the right mentor to work closely with them on their professional journey.
